  • On my first visit to this store in early November, I purchased a few winter items for my 5-year old son. We have had a long, very warm fall so my son hasn't had the opportunity to wear any of the items until just this past week. When I put one of the long sleeve shirts on him, I noticed there was a small hole on the front. I was going back to Scottsdale Quarter the next day so I took the shirt with me in hopes there was another one in his size so I could exchange it. I found the same shirt and took it to the register, explained the problem and asked if I could exchange it. Admittedly, I no longer had the tags or receipt but could verify the exact date I purchased the item and had my credit card I purchased the items on. The salesperson was uninterested in that information and told me she had to call the owner. Prior to doing so she said, "you can go look around". I walked away briefly, but not far, and when I heard her tell the owner over the phone, "she said she washed the shirt" I walked up to her and said "excuse me, I never said I washed the shirt". She didn't acknowledge me, didn't clarify to the owner and when she got off the phone, she told me that their return policy is 7 days with the tags still attached. Well that's $38 down the drain! Buyers beware of this store!
