  • Had the worst Apple experience at this location. So, I was traveling on a 21 days vacation touring the country, not staying in one place more than a week. When my 10 month old Apple Watch Nike edition 2nd. Gen died on me (loses charge after a couple of hours, then gets extremely hot when trying to charge). As this happened to my Powerbeats 3 on a previous trip to Raleigh with similar circumstances the store manager their made an exception and accepted a store return issued me a store credit for the full retail value + tax to do whatever I wanna do with. Which I opted to turn around and buy identical beats since they had it in the store. I thought this is going to be a similar experience, so I went to this store since it was the closest to my hotel, requested to see a manager told her my story and told her about my previous experience. She then referred my to this so called expert where I was treated as a thief, asking me where I purchased the watch, I told it was a pre-order from Apple site with Apple care. They said the can't find it a proof of purchase, asked me if I can provide it. I replied all you have to do login to my Apple account and you'll see that I have tha Watch in addition to another 9 Apple products. When the finally did, they proceeded to replace the Watch. However, this idiot became extra rude after finding that my Watch was legit and he actually has to do the exchange. First, they didn't have Nike with volt bands, claiming that Apple did away with them, so I choose a black Nike. He insisted on opening the Watch and taking my Watch back with the volt band and giving me the new one without box, charger or anything claiming that Apple would require him to provide the Watch with volt strap,as that's what's they have on record (what if I've had replaced the band for any reason). He also insisted on keeping the box, charger and everything claiming that since I can't provide the original box and charger Apple would ask them to return my old box and charger with my Watch which is also a load of bologna considering that the box color he kept is not the original box color of my Watch, also the serial numbers on both the box and the Watch don't match. Only after literally begging him, he removed the new black bands from the new Watch, tossed at me and allowed me to keep my original bands. When I asked for a proof of purchase, he replied that it will be emailed of me with the extended Apple care which I should be grateful for. That's is nothing like my experience in Raleigh store, where they gave me a brand new Powerbeats 3 sealed in the retail box, with printed receipt.
