This is another Lexus dealership in name only. It deserves zero stars. The 1 star is earned by Chase in parts and Daniel Morales in service (he acknowledged me and wanted to help but was really busy at the time I was there).
Unfortunately, I dealt with a very unpleasant individual named Alan. He is a service advisor with no concept of what service means, let alone in a dealership selling a high end product. He was more than just unprofessional, he was aggressive in his tone and demeanor. He wasted my time and gave me incorrect information. I went there to get an extra key programmed and he acted like that was not worthy of his time. The Mercedes dealership next door was superb when I needed key batteries for my S550.
The pursuit of perfection stops at the product line. This is not the 1st Lexus dealership that disappoints in the people skills department. Customer service is not a department, it is a frame of mind. You'd think they know better and understand their product attracts people with high standards, high expectations and a very low to zero tolerance for mediocrity.
