  • I've used this location in the past and have only dealt with Karl. He is the absolute best! This year I moved to another state and filed online, what a mistake. After trying to get H&R to help in California with no success I made a appointment with Karl and he was so apologetic for the way the other branches treated me. He reviewed my information and helped me with everything I didn't understand and didn't charge me. I couldn't be more pleased. Thanks again Karl!!!!
