The staff here is usually friendly. Today we were basically ignored when trying to ask questions. Whatever, not the end of the world. I like my receipt emailed to me. When we got to the register, Emily clicked through super fast and cancelled the email while I was entering it in. You could tell she didn't know what she was doing as she struggled how to even use my credit card. I went back 2 hours later to pick up something I forgot. Vanessa was at the counter and was friendly. Then when she went to get a receipt I specifically asked if she could email my receipt. She said "oh we don't do that. I wish we did, it would be good for the environment." She blatantly lied to my face. That really put a bad taste in my mouth and shows me what this company is about.
