  • Was greeted by older employee wearing face net in restaurant with "what do you want". Really? This is customer service and relations at its worst. Asked for restaurant manager and she never came to our table. I then requested store manager to come to our table where we registered our complaint on the food server and the restaurant manager. IKEA just isn't what it was when it first came to Tempe.
