  • I just got back from the service department for new brakes on my Accord. This is the only car dealership that I've repeatedly visited for servicing, everyone is genuinely polite & professional - customer service is 9 out of 10. They do a fantastic job on oil changes, in terms of speed & efficiency. Roger the manager (I think), demonstrated professionalism, thank you sir. Also, all the other employees I've encountered are just as professional & courteous! I gave 4 stars vs 5, because it took longer than what they had told me, an hour longer. Regardless, I'm still happy & will return in the future, just as long as the wait time remains relatively quick as it usually has been from my previous visits. 4 out 5 of my visits have been quick, this 5th time was a bit slow, still that is very good compared to other dealerships.
