  • I like this property. I really do. But man, they have dropped the ball and disappointed me tonight. I called down two hours ago to get some blankets so I could put my kids to sleep. Two hours. I have made three phone calls and visited the front desk in person to see what the holdup was. Nothing. Just excuses and promises. My kids are still awake. It is after midnight. Still nothing. I cannot express my level of frustration.
