We visited during soft opening and ordered according to visual appeal from instagram. There are many interesting ideas and components such as the grape seaweed balls, which I found I hadn't fully appreciated. I was disappointed they had sold out of their hot dog (a rendition of japadog, inside egg waffle) but such occurrences aren't uncommon during soft opening. The low point of our visit was probably the matcha serradura, which many had raved about. Our server did not explain to us that it needed to be thawed. That 1) it was served in a manner that could not be eaten right away and that 2) we were not informed of this resulted in the group of us attempting to chip away at a texturally inedible puck of ice like a bunch of dwarves from Disney's Snow White ("Hi ho, hi ho, how are we supposed to eat this though?"). What I will say is everything served is aesthetically pleasing and grammable. Given that it was soft opening I'd might consider giving them another try.
