rev:text	WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!! Came to Vegas for my Birthday and thought Rumor would be a fun place to stay judging by the pics. Boy was i wrong. My first sign of a horrible experience was when i walked in around 9pm sat. night and this old lady was bent over barfing in the lobby trash can. The front desk staff didn't ask her to go outside or see if she needed assistance. They over booked the hotel & my only option is to take the last room which didn't have AC. Every hotel in the city was booked up do to the Electric Daisy Carnival. The front desk staff was extremely rude & short to me& said contact the manager Allen tomorrow . HELLO I JUST GOT TO VEGAS ON MY BDAY AND I'M IN THE BEST MOOD EVER, DON'T EFFE UP MY GOOD VIBES!!!!! The room was 90* at 10PM They claimed they would notify me first thing in the AM when a new room opened up. The next day i woke up drenched head to toe in sweat as the vegas sun came up, it was a desert in my room. i called 3 times & they kept telling me nothing was ready yet. By 1:30 went to the front desk to talk to Allen the mngr. He was civil to me and switched my room to one with AC and said he would refund me for the previous night. Well here we are 2 weeks later and Allen still hasn't refunded my card and has been dodging my calls and wont return my messages. This place is so not worth the hassle and poor treatment. Spend a little more and stay at a nice hotel/casino that is accommodating & gives you what you pay for.
