Stopped in for lunch recently and stood in line for 10 minutes. That actually wasn't bad since the line was nearly out the door. They moved the line quickly. I ordered a chicken bowl, brown rice, black beans, corn salsa, lettuce, and sour cream. As I was eating, an apparent homeless fellow entered the establishment to ask for money. I only carry plastic, so I wasn't able to help him. So he stood by the trash bin and asked others for money. While I feel bad for homeless folk, I think this location needs to ensure they don't bother the patrons inside. He walked in and out twice while I watched and was never approached by a Chipotle employee.
There was no wifi and I wasn't able to order online to skip the massive line.
I enjoyed my meal and went on my way.
