Checked in & I couldn't connect to the wifi & the tv didn't work. Called desk & was told it was becuz of storm. Next day same issues so I stopped at front desk and told them. Said they'd check it out. Got back 12 hrs later and same issues!! Tried to call front desk-kept saying busy so I had to go down and tell them. Maintenance couldn't fix tv. Moved rooms. TV and wifi worked but still couldn't call front desk. I had to side step to get to other side of bed becuz the dresser was so close to foot of bed. Couldn't even open fridge door all the way. Got in shower and smoke alarm went off!! No fans in the bathroom to pull out steam. I had enough!! Next morning asked for some type of discount. No one could make a decision right then and there. The next day I had email with a $50 credit. After what I paid that was not enough for the hassle I had. My daughter will be going to college in downtown Pittsburgh in the fall and I'll be staying in town a lot but I know I'm NEVER STAYING HERE AGAIN!!
