  • I would give this company -5 stars if I could. This is the second time I have used them. The first time I parked my car there everything went smoothly. The second time... horribly. When I arrived to pick up my car, they had blown most of the fuses in my car. Funny since it was running perfectly when I dropped it off. Both the AAA guy and the dealership said someone must have tried to jump my battery but DID IT IN REVERSE. Seriously?!? I tried to ask the air marino employee if it had initially just been the battery that was faulty when he first tried to turn on the car but he denied it. Obviously he was too scared to admit his mistake. I had no choice but to go to the dealership to get them replaced which costed me over $500 DOLLARS! And of course Air Marino didn't even have the decency to refund me the money I gave them for parking my car there. If you are going to use this company be careful. This incident shows exactly how careless they can be.
