If there was an option to give 0 I would....The service from this company was unreal and I do not recommend them to anyone! I am completely speechless by the lack of compassion this company has for customers and I am extremely disappointed my home warranty company even uses them as a sub contractors. On 2/1/12 Amercian Air installed a new blower motor for our 2006 furnance. I paid them a $100 ded for installation. On 6/11/13 this same replaced part failed after only 4 months. I called Amercian Air to help about getting warranty information to have the part replaced and to speak with a manager (who is the owner mind you). I had an urgency on my call b/c I am pregnant and have a small 18 month at home and knew what the issue was right away b/c it is 110 outside and its the same situation that happened in Feb. After a few hours passed no return call so I continued to call again and again, spoke with the wife of the owner who could do nothing but tell me how much its going to cost me, how much their service costs were and that they dont work for free. Well I never expected anything for free but I did expect some compassion since our part failed after 4 months and for them to help get it fixed and squared away. But instead all she could do was remind me about the cost...cost was never an issue but to quote me $300 for a 2-3 hours seems a little extreme. Aside from that the only thing nice they did was have her husband come out to confirm the motor did in fact fail...that I appreciated. I did share a few words for her b/c of the lack of compassion. While standing in my living room the Husband Mike G told me it will cost $300 for a 2-3 install and that they would get it fixed and get an appt. He left...I called this morning to one apologize to wife even though I should not have apologized but I did b/c I truly felt bad b/c I am a compassionate person and care about others. She said thank you and then I proceeded to tell her the conversation her husband and I had and to set up our appointment for installation. Little did I know she was going to tell me that I basically needed to take a hike and they were not going to do any installation for us b/c they can make more money doing other jobs and they are too busy to help. She also told me we could call Lennox to get the part and have someone else install...I WAS SPEECHLESS. I have NEVER ever dealt with such a horrible and inconsiderate company in my entire life. Not only did they up their labor b/c they can and we live in AZ and AC is critical they basically stood in my house and LIED to me about helping b/c they were cowards and not able to tell me to my face. All Mike G could do was tell me "He was doing me a favor by being here" and "he could get $600 in 3 hours than to do our 2-3 hour job for $300" WOOOOOOW! I surely hope if you are reviewing this you do not go with this company! Extremely disappointed and disgusted!
