FOOD - I had their sushi/sashimi boat, uni appetizer, desserts, and few other food. Everything was very fresh. I've heard that they get their fish fresh from market everyday. They are also usually referred to as one of the freshest sushi from Pittsburgh. However, their sushi/sashimi boat lack of variety, their rolls are neither flavorful nor creative. Their udon/soba noodles have plain average taste. Overall their food is pretty boring.
SERVICE - Their service is okay. Not good but not bad.
ENVIRONMENT - It is conveniently located in squirrel hills and is pretty busy most of the time. There are often some people waiting for a table. The place is not loud and pretty quiet and clean.
Overall, It is the go to place for sushi/sashimi(salmon/tuna mainly), but maybe not for rolls or any other Japanese food.
