  • Greedy. This article https://www.wsj.com/articles/a-new-surprise-airline-ticket-fee-1505311888 is so true. They are getting way too greedy. Well Virgin Airlines and Spirit Airlines are much better. AA lured customers at the beginning with benefits and when customers started joining, they changed rules and played covetous games
