  • If you want to visit this location to open an account with WIND, I would suggest you to think again. This store has really arrogant staff with bad attitude. I cancelled my account with WIND after used it for 8 days. WIND has a 15 days return policy for anyone that's not happy with their services. I went to the store on June 17th(maybe 16th) to ask about the refund. A staff told me that she know nothing about it and asked me to call customer services. To be fair, she is on training so it's okay to not know everything. So I went back home and called CS, a rep told me that I could get a "full refund". I paid $40.00 for full month and $25.00 for sin card. I went back to the store the second time on June 22 in regard to this refund. The store manager told me right away that I could only get a refund for "sin card". At that time, I already arranged with FIDO to resume my service with them. So I told the manager that I have to check with FIDO and see if they could delay our arrangement. I would come back for the refund after I talked to FIDO. I went back to the store the third time on June 23, and one of their staff (the one that's not on training) tell me that EVERYTHING is NON-REFUNDABLE. So I called SC right in front her and asked them to talk to the staff on my behalf. I passed the phone to that staff and she answered, she hanged up the phone right after she answered....... I don't know what the CS Rep tell her but she has no intention to discuss any further.... I asked for her help the whole time because I don't want to go back the store again. And she said "you look so angry, if the manager "personally" promise to give you a refund than you have to come back again to talk to the manager." The manager didn't "personally" promise me anything, that's the WIND policy wrote on the brochure. It's not like I negotiate with the manager for a refund....... And then I ask her if the manager is going to be here on June 24. She said the manager would be here at 11:00. I confirm with her if I come back to the store at 12:00 and he would be here. She said " why wouldn't he be here, unless he is out for a smoke". I visited this store fourth times in total and only see the manager once. If their manager is not alway there and often need to go out for a smoking break. Maybe their stuff need to know more about their services. To get a $25.00 refund, I visited this store three times and made 6,7 phone call to CS and I have yet receive anything.
