  • I don't understand why when I have an appointment, and I come here often - about every six weeks for labs, I'm still waiting around for a good half hour before I'm taken back. More often than not I need to go up to the desk and ask what the delay is considering they're not terribly busy and my appointment was 20 minutes past. I have no choice in the matter so I will keep coming but it's consistently frustrating.
