I usually love this place, but I called in today and asked if they took reservations. The girl who answered the phone said, "Yes we do." So I told her we would need one for 5:00. She responded, "Oh I am sorry, that's technically a call-ahead and we're not allowed to do that." Okay...could have been worded better. I totally understand, but don't make the customer feel like they are doing something wrong. So I responded with the usual...okay thank you anyways. She responded with a snarky, "bye!" Then hung up the phone. Sorry, but where I come from...those are horrible phone manners. You never hang up on the customer. Not sure we will be visiting tonight.
