  • This place is the worst place I've ever lived! The staff is horrible! The maintenance has no clue what they're doing. And Dawn the "boss" is rude, unprofessional, and very miserable. If you get on her bad side expect to be harassed. My tub was clogged for 10 months, my dryer was broken for 8 months and my dishwasher was NEVER fixed in my entire 1 year lease. Despite several work requests and complaints, I could not get anything fixed in a timely fashion. I was later told that the maintenance team was fired for closing work orders without fixing things. However things still weren't getting fixed. The entrance gate is constantly broken and and when it's fixed you can expect to hear it squealing throughout the night. Kids are everywhere and constantly terrorizing the neighborhood. Do NOT expect your deposit back no matter how well you maintain you apartment and whatever you do don't complain because you'll pay for that with being harassed with letters and notes for management threatening you. If you move into this community expect to me miserable.
