  • After getting rear-ended in September, Service King was the shop the other person's insurance company suggested I use. I did some research on my own and chose the Scottsdale location and I am SO glad I did. Jeremy came out promptly and took pictures of my vehicle and made me feel at ease about the process as this was my first accident. He was focused on my safety and security right off the bat. My frame was buckled and it was extensive damage ($18,500 worth after all was said and done!) Jeremy kept me updated the entire time with calls and text messages. Even through some unforeseen setbacks, Jeremy pushed through and got my vehicle back to me when he said he would! It did take two months from start to finish, but with the customer care I received, I knew it was in good hands and they wouldn't release my truck until they KNEW it was safe for me and my family. Jeremy even cared enough to ask if the insurance company replaced my car seat. THAT, is amazing service, and I'm so grateful for Jeremy and Service King for everything they did. Fingers crossed nothing ever happens where I have to come back, but if I do, I'll always choose this location!
