  • Mark is a fantastic technician, great guy to talk to, and offers fantastic rates. He's available in the morning, afternoon, and evening, which means that you can drop off your computer according to how your schedule works. He'll fix your computer as quickly as possible and has no problem explaining what exactly is wrong with your computer. The customer service that he offers is fantastic and he's a great guy to talk to. He might even give you some computer tips. He genuinely cares about his customers and provides quality service with fantastic rates. I would definitely work with Mark again and recommend him to anyone that I know with computer problems.
