  • The guy didn't bring us our drinks (just soda) and we sat at the bar for 15 minutes. Only when I got up to grt my own did he try to assist. The waitress (long black hair) was swearing at the other employees. Some kids came in asking for change. Long black hair waitress told them get out, go ask your parents you shouldn't be in here (they were about 11 years old a day respectful). After 50 minutes waiting on grilled cheese and chicken we went to ask cooks. Who never got the ticket. The guy at bar was very dumb and didn't even send our food ticket...when cook asked him for ticket he said no I already sent it. He refused to work as a team. This was the worst customer service experience I ever had. The place looks cool and relaxed. But the workers at the bar were horrible. Really hope they fire the dumb guy who won't even work as a team.
