rev:text	This was the worst experience I have ever had at a spa... twice! I bought a Groupon for laser treatment and upon arriving and waiting for my appointment I see the receptionist had gotten in a verbal argument with two different people on the phone. That was a foreshadowing of what was to come. The spa is not very clean and the people who work there are very very rude.. not just to me but to other patrons. During my first visit while consulting about my areas the technician told me the one-year unlimited Groupon was not as advertised - but in reality they split them in 6 and 8 week sessions, regardless of your needs and skin tone. I think they told me I had a total of 6 or 7 sessions, NOT unlimited as advertised. I let that slide. Then when discussing the areas to be worked on the technician began to argue with me about area sizes. I have done laser treatments before at a different clinic, and the areas she was describing to me were half of what other places deem as 'small areas' (ie palm of your hand is deemed a small area as my beautician has informed me... not a small strip). When I tried to reason with this very rude technician she told me to call the owner, she said she didn't want to argue with me and went on and on about how she is always arguing with patrons (another red flag!). The owner did not return my three phone calls. I don't know why I went back for a second appointment... maybe to find the owner, who was actually there. When I went in for my treatment the owner began to argue with me about area size again, telling me the area sizes were even more limited. I left without doing the treatment and the very nice lady at Groupon refunded my money.
