  • I have mixed feelings about my experience with Optimum. While Jason, who laid our tile, was extremely attentive to detail and did a fantastic job, I was kind of left hanging overall. I was told that they'd finish putting on the baseboards (which normally they don't do, but I offered to pay) and tile the bathrooms, and then they never called me back to do it. They also took out the toilet to do the tile in a bathroom and never put it back. Also, their estimate of the square footage of the job was over 100 square feet more than my estimate and they said they'd come back to re-measure, and called me the morning of once to do it, but after that they just disappeared. The finished product is beautiful, they're professional, and their prices are fair, but planning and organization seem to be lacking. I have a lot of other home improvement projects to do around the house, and I don't plan on using them again.
