  • First of all I booked the car I'm Priceline I traveled from Dallas to Chicago O'Hare Airport when I arrived to pick up the vehicle they told me that it would be a $500 deposit for the vehicle that was not disclosed on priceline's website when you book the vehicle. Then I return the vehicle and the charge for the vehicle was 126. They charged my card again a hundred $26 then the pending charge for $500 was not refunded to the account after calling in speaking to a representative at routes and American Express I was told by the routes representative that it would take up to 7 business days to refund the $500 deposit. The representative at routes was very disrespectful and rude continually cut me off when I was speaking. I would never recommend this company to anybody because they don't value their customers
