  • Do not use this company! Once my order was placed it was hard to get a hold of anyone - especially Tobin Rudd. Delivery date didn't come close, wrong doors and hardware sent, installer waiting around to get the right product, etc. To top it off, it has been 5 months now and my doors still don't shut right and a couple won't shut at all. Of course no one will get back to me to fix the problem. I don't know if it's the doors or the installer (who Tobin recommended) but it's a complete mess. Thousands of dollars spent and very disappointed. Home Depot is about the same price. I went with the local company because they were initially prompt and like to support local businesses. I should've gone to Home Depot and used their installers.
