Well, I've noticed that I tend to use this app just to warn others of the bad experiences that I have encountered with businesses.

I would like to take a moment to give a shout out to this Krispy Kreme location and a specific employee named Laron! Management at this location is lucky to have this gentleman as their employee! Laron recognized that we weren't 100% satisfied with what we ordered (from across the room I should add) and he came over to our surprise and beyond rectified the issue without us even having to say a word!
Way to go Laron! You're a prime example of what great customer service should be like!
Attention management or corporate: This guy is 100% management material and should be rewarded and recognized for making sure your customers are happy and satisfied with what you sell!!
