rev:text	We have been waiting to leave for the last 5hours from Charlotte North Carolina. We have spoken with several rude and unruly people but Mr. WOODY L. came in, gave us plenty of laughs and even bumped us to first class for our wait and troubles. Overall.....I would not recommend this Airline due to lack of communication and poor customer service.. but if you happen to land in North Carolina...lol Mr. Woody will help you out :)
