  • My husband and I stopped in here for a donut and some coffee about 8p. on Tuesday evening. The coffee was lukewarm, but the donuts were yummy. Bosa usually has really good coffee and their donuts are always fresh tasting. However, THIS location we will never frequent again. My husband went for a refill of coffee and was told that they only had Decaf and that was from that morning!!? AND, the server told him that she wasn't allowed to make any more coffee per the owner. ???? This was 8p and they are open until 10p. Awful customer service here...not the server but the owner!! The other Bosa's are certainly not like this one. Too bad - business lost. Wake up Owner....you are a COFFEE shop!
