  • i needed a quick color print for a project and when I tried to use the color printer kiosk it would not read my flash drive. I went home, got another flash drive, and tried again. It read the drive fine but stayed on the "generating preview" screen for 15+ minutes. Even though it was 10 minutes before closing, and they were already pulling their drawers, the gentlemen in the store took my drive to his back computer, read the file and printed what I needed in a flash. He apologized for the problem with self-service printer and stated he would reboot the machine to try and solve the problem. The exceptional customer service far outweighed any problems with the equipment.
