  • I purchased a home from Opendoor. There is a keypad on the front door and there are two entrances to the fence around the house, one is with a key lock and another with a code lock. I received the key to the key lock along with the house key when we closed. However, I am needing the code for the keypad to the front door and the code to the other lock. On the day of closing, the agent said I will be receiving an email with the codes. I closed the house the first week of May, and it has been email after email with them giving me random codes to try. None of them work. My real estate agent is getting frustrated in the middle too. I am getting concerned for safety and security reasons that others have access to this home with the codes. Opendoor had work done on this home giving others access. Opendoor ... I would like the correct codes to my home I purchased from you!
