  • We scheduled our tour in December because that's when our son had time off as a Marine from Camp Lejeune. At the time our tour was scheduled it was 34 degrees and snowing. Clearly this isn't going to be a fun experience for anyone when it's so cold you can't appreciate the tour because your just trying to stay warm. Not to mention the potential safety issue associated with riding a Segway in the snow. Needless to say we cancelled and they refused to provide a refund. They did offer a gift certificate which does us no good since we will not be returning to Charlotte. I'm disappointed in the ethics of this business, choose to support this company if you like. Steve
