After the fact customer service wasn't pleasant. Amillio took it upon his self to suggest that the final inspection wasn't needed before plastering. This is not the case. Please do not let getting your pool quicker sway your decision making for better judgment even after you told him this was the case. This is not the way to do business. After I called him and inform him that the final inspection "is " needed before plastering he changed his tune and shifted blame to me, the customer, suggesting insisted I wanted to move forward anyways. After I told him this wasn't true and he stated that the inspection is not for them he got rude and irate and hung the phone on the me, instead of rectifying the issue. I will never recommend Amillio customer service to anyone nor CDC until they either coach him on proper procedures on how to deal with wrong information thats brought to his attention.
