  • I scheduled pick up of our couch on 10/15 for 10/22 - never showed (i was at home between 8 AM and 5 PM). I called to confirm pick-up twice and they stated that I was on the list. I called again on 10/23 and was informed that the truck was probably full and he "didn't know why the drivers never call people when they arent showing up." Awesome. So I tried again and scheduled for today. I called to confirm this AM and was told I was to be given a priority spot today (i.e., they would come this AM)...no sign of them (or call) as of 1:30 PM. I like to donate rather than trash but the lack of communication on behalf of Sal. Army is beyond abysmal and is pushing me towards the latter.
