  • I am a Realtor in the city and most management companies are pretty tough to deal with, however, New Concept Management brings it to a whole new level. I had contacted Maria several times for unique condo documents and didn't receive any communication. I eventually got in touch with Pam (the receptionist) for all my needs. Thanks, Pam! You did do an excellent job! I was told to fill out the online form and send it in and once the documents had been approved, I had to go to their office to drop off a cheque as they didn't take any other form of payment which is ridiculous! The online form didn't save any entered information and having to go down to drop off cheques on 3 separate occasions was tedious to say the least. I really hope that I don't have to deal with this company again unless they make the process for getting condo docs easier.
