  • The service was startling awful! Even following complaining multiple times we could barely get a drink or any service at all. The floor is so slippery that I'm sure they are out of ADA compliance. Waiters and waitresses told us that they had slipped many times and the bs manager came over to me following a fall trying to make excuses. It may be the worst meal and restaurant I've eaten at in Cleveland,
