  • Never got the chance to work with the company because their scheduling system is poor. I requested an appointment online. I immediately got an email confirming the time and date, as well as directions, FAQs, etc. The night before my appointment I got another email confirming the time and date. I show up at that time and the office is closed- lights off, closed sign on the door, no signs of anyone. I knocked on the door, then called the number from the confirmation email and got a voicemail. No info on the voicemail or the door about a closure or anything. I explained that I was outside for my scheduled appointment, etc. Unsure what else to do, I was able to quickly find another company willing to take me at the very last minute and headed there. I got a voicemail from the owner of the company telling me how it was impossible I made an appointment for the date (yesterday- July 1) because they are closed all weekend for the holiday and their scheduling system should never have let me make an appointment. No apology, simply denying that I had an appointment and blaming the scheduling system. Maybe someone should have looked at the calendar before closing up for the weekend because I took my business somewhere else. Word of advice- call them to make an appointment if you want to use them. Otherwise, call Richard at Red Stone Press who was excellent.
