  • I was at first very impressed with the store itself. Well organized and well lit. Large selection..if you have dark hair. I was told after I went to the counter to get help that the piece I was looking for didn't come in my color. BEFORE they even told me where they were located or offered to show me any! I have colored my hair many times to match a piece as many women have. (I had a special theme occasion and was going to temporarily darken my hair for it and they never even suggested a color spray) I asked to see the pieces anyway and was told with a general wave of the hand that they were "over there". I asked for better directions and was told to head over there and she would come in a minute to help me. She said it with a strange smile. I waited over in the corner for some time and saw this girl running n giggling with another girl and then I saw her leave the store. She had told me to wait there so she could just leave. VERY RUDE. A young gentlemen finally helped me with one piece then he stayed at the front and it took me three tries to get another employee's attention. She was very helpful and did her best to find things that would work for my hair. They need better help and must order more colors in their pony tails, wigs and falls. I prefer to be blonde but have always had difficulty in finding lighter colors in person here in Las Vegas. On line they are available but hard to trust. Sally's beauty supply they have blonde but very limited. I bought 3 pieces in this store despite the "I don't care" attitude of some of their employees.
