It was a good meal & a good atmosphere. I had the shrimp-lobster crepes & my wife had the chicken & avocado omelet. The 2 crepes had two asparagus spears each, plenty of bay shrimp, some lobster, scrambled eggs inside & covered with hollandaise sauce. The potatoes were great & the fruit- pineapple & strawberrys tasted fresh. The omelet also had the fruit dish. The presentation of both dishes was great. Preceeding the above was hot sourdough bread which was delicious.
The service was good. Even though we arrived in the middle of the Sunday brunch hour we were seated immediately. There was available seating inside and outside. The server was attentive without being intrusive. The server wrote down our orders rather than remembering them (brownie points for that).
The house chardonney was good & a new glass of ice tea was delivered rather than refilling the existing glass (brownie points for that).
We could see the bar area and the decore was very inviting as was the rest of the establishment. Table cloths & cloth napkins on the table give the dining experience a touch of class.
Suggestion for the Grille: The manager should visit tables to inquire as to satisfaction. It is commonplace for most quality restaurants. We would have given him/her positive comments, of course.
Overall, we recommend Brio.
