  • I was hopeful this would be similar to Davids Tea or even Teavana as it looks set up the same way, however, the customer service and product was pretty lackluster. Ordered a peach tea from a woman who clearly didn't want to actually prepare a tea/work (it was almost closing time). In most tea places, they want to help you and they offer the teas to smell or info on the teas but none of that here as she waited for me to pick one (they have a ton to choose from). No pleasantries or anything as we waited for the tea to be brewed. It was kind of awkward standing in such a cramped space and waiting while the woman browsed her phone. Anyway, two stars for the price. Very inexpensive. The tea was awful. Even my companion felt it tasted nothing like peach so I suspect she didn't put enough in for an iced tea (you need to double the amount when you're using one of those brewers to ice versus hot brew). Not that I'm ever in Cleveland but I certainly won't stop in again if I see them expanded to this area.
