  • Messed up multiple times booking our cabana suite. Booked for 2 beds with pullout couch, realizing when we are about to have our trip they only booked our suite for a king bed with pullout couch. Calling to fix this problem, yet again, they said they do not have that suite with 2 beds. Than we asked if they have rooms with 2 queens with the same amenities as the suite (fridge and microwave), of course they said they don't have rooms like that. We then decided to stick with the suite, getting to the hotel the "cabana suite " is up on a roof with a pool with no water. Our A.C. is then broken in our room. Maintenance came up and was working on it for 2 hours, as this was going on we heard them talking about how they were at this room earlier and told them the A.C. was broken, yet they still put us there. Also, "king bed" HA! More like king bed frame with queen sized bed. They then moved us to conjoining rooms with a real king bed in each, also all these rooms had microwaves AND a fridge, which days before told us this was not available in any other rooms. Housekeeping did not pick up all garbage in room and also did not refill coffee in the rooms. NOT WORTH IT!
