  • 3 stars for customer service. It's the closest Smith's to my house, so I used to come here a lot. But most of the cashiers are very slow, except one blonde lady, she is always fast, smiling and very nice. One guy that works there (not gonna mention his name) always chatting with another guy even after you put your groceries ready for check in. Takes him like 5 min before he starts to work. And he is doing it super slow. He scan one product, talk with his friend, than another one... And completely ignores you when you tell him that you are in a rush.
