This place is amazing. My husband raved about this stuff like it was sent from the heavens and frequently bemoaned the lack of fresh pasta choices where we were living in The South. He finally convinced me to move to Cleveland and now we have steady access to brilliantly made pasta goodness. He says to go for the red pepper pasta. I can't eat wheat, but their gluten free pasta (just released) is the best I've tried... if you add ample salt to the cooking water.
