  • Rawn, the guy that showed up at our house to fix our refrigerator/freezer was awesome! He took the time to pull our freezer apart in order to figure out what the problem was. When it wasn't one thing he checked another until he found the problem. He then ordered the part it needed, and told me to call the office if I didn't hear back from them in a week. The very next day, I heard back from them they already had the part. Rawn came back to install the part, and was very accommodating to my schedule. Thanks Rawn!
