I'm just gonna be brief about this restaurant: fantastic food, awesome service/ambiance, and interesting decorations. We had a foie gras dish, an oysters & langoustine dish, and loved every single bit of the food. We dined at this restaurant to see whether we like Pierre Gagnaire's cooking philosophy, and it turns out that we do! The experience made us want to try the Pierre Gagnaire restaurant in Paris when we visit.
