  • Dr. Starkel is awesome. Our little 4-month old blue heeler was experiencing some hair loss around her eyes and it was getting worse after our first visit, so we called on a Sunday afternoon and they were prompt to fit us in between appointments that same day. Even though we scheduled that day and they were busy, Dr. Starkel and the vet tech both took their time to ask lots of questions, give a thorough examination, and explain everything in detail. I loved that Dr. Starkel talked through multiple treatment options and gave us her detailed rationale as to why she was choosing the recommended treatment plan. She even let my fiance and I take a look through the microscope to see what was going on (demodex). Willow is my first rescue puppy and I love her so much, I truly appreciated the care and attention that we received. Kudos to Dr. Starkel and the vet tech this past Sunday, who was just as helpful and sweet.
