  • I missed Rob when he left Novelty and I'm so glad he's back. His work is impeccable and you cannot get friendlier customer service. He put two new zippers in my daughter's Doc Martins in less than 24 hours and gave me a discount because I was doing both boots at once. I don't know many other businesses where I'm welcomed with a smile and a handshake.
