  • 0 STARS...This is the worst company ever. And you see there are only negative comments about this company. They are not responsive and run everything through their assistant. The condo i am in is a horrid place to stay. There are always issues and i can never get in contact with anyone. I am going to be calling the health department soon due to their lack of response to an issue. Now, it is going to look bad on my rent history due to their lack of response and effort. I can never speak to Mike Wiemhoff, my property manageer. People tell me he will call and never does. The other people commenting also state how bad they are at contacting back so you see that it has to be true and has nothing to do with the tenant. I wish these reviews were here before i decided to rent with them. DO NOT RENT WITH THEM OR TAKE THEM ON AS YOUR PROPERTY MANAGER.
