  • While in Vegas I popped into Gordon Ramsey Burger for a quick lunch. I was greeted with a smile and seated at the chef bar so I could watch the show. My waiter greeted me and was so comfortable to talk with. When asked what I was interested in I gave him the ahi tuna sliders the UK burger or chicken saltimbocca sliders. I then asked what he thought was the best burger. TURDUCKEN BURGER it was. Watching the kitchen prepare delicious plates was amazing. Everything coming out of that kitchen was picture perfect. Amazing Show. The sous chef ran the pass and was in complete control of everything that was presented. Now to the burger. With the first cut the perfectly runny yolk ran down the burger. The mix of flavors with the turkey chopped burger with duck confit was amazing. The bun was grilled to perfection. Service was wonderful and I normally do not finish an entire burger.... this one was finished. Gotta love Vegas. Gordon Ramsey did not disappoint.
